Celebrate Summer Enchantment at a Midsummer Carnivale!

On June 19th, The Culinary Institute of America’s senior class invites all to experience summer magic at a Midsummer Carnivale.  The benefit event begins at 6 pm with drinks and live music in front of Caterina de’Medici Restaurant on the CIA campus, Route 9, Hyde Park, NY. 

The Midsummer Carnivale is part of the CIA’s tradition of philanthropy, benefiting The Waner Children’s Vascular Anomaly Foundation and The Brian Smith Memorial Scholarship Fund.  The students chose the foundation in support of classmate Katelyn Fischer, who has this rare disorder.

Tickets are $65, including tax and service.  All proceeds benefit The Waner Children's Vascular Anomaly Foundation and The Brian Smith Memorial Scholarship Fund.  For more information, call 845-905-4673.
